Terms of Service

Initial draft — last updated August 5, 2026

Review required: These editable starter terms are not legal advice or a substitute for a signed client agreement. Qualified counsel should adapt them to the company’s jurisdiction, payment process, tax obligations and operating practices before use.

1. Agreement and Service Provider

These Terms apply to website launch, managed website care and related services provided by Parawork Leads ("Parawork Leads"). A written proposal, order form or service agreement may add or override project-specific terms.

2. Website Launch Scope

The regular Website Launch price is $599. The current promotional launch price is $299 one-time, a $300 savings. It includes a website assembled around the client’s agreed business details, branding, services, photos, service areas, contact information and calls to action. The standard scope includes mobile optimization, an estimate request form, click-to-call setup when a phone number is provided, a basic local SEO foundation, technical launch and one revision round. No expiration date is promised unless stated in a written proposal.

Parawork Leads uses a proprietary service-business design system, reusable components and established production methods to maintain quality and deliver quickly. The service is not represented as ground-up custom software development.

24-hour turnaround: The advertised 24-hour turnaround applies to qualifying standard-scope launches after payment, selection of the website direction, and receipt of all required business information, photos, access and approvals. “Ready in 24 hours” means the completed website is prepared for final client review and launch. Client delays, added scope, third-party integrations, domain or DNS propagation, platform outages and requested revisions may extend the date the website becomes publicly accessible.

3. Managed Website Care Scope

The regular Managed Website Care price is $99 per month. The current promotional price is $49 per month, a $50 monthly savings. It includes hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, form checks, technical maintenance, basic support and one small website update per month. The applicable price will be confirmed in the client’s written proposal or order form.

A "small update" means a limited change that can reasonably be completed within [define approved time limit, for example 30 minutes], such as replacing a few photos, updating a promotion, correcting contact details or editing existing service text. Unused updates [do/do not] roll over. Confirm this rule before launch.

4. Work Not Included

Unless stated in writing, standard service does not include unlimited revisions, advertising management, social media management, ongoing content production, advanced monthly SEO, full rebranding, custom software, ecommerce, third-party subscription fees, platform conversion, or migration to another hosting provider. Additional work requires a separate written quote or approval.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate business information, lawful content, necessary access, usable photos and timely feedback. The client represents that it has permission to use all names, logos, trademarks, photos, reviews and other materials supplied to Parawork Leads. Delays in receiving materials or approvals may change the launch schedule.

6. Review, Revisions and Acceptance

One consolidated revision round is included in the standard launch. Additional or out-of-scope revisions may be quoted separately. [Define the review window and deemed-acceptance process before launch.]

7. Fees, Payment and Taxes

Launch fees and recurring fees are due according to the written invoice or order form. Managed care may be billed automatically each month. The client is responsible for applicable taxes, chargeback costs and past-due balances. Any deposit, refund, late-payment or suspension rules applicable to a project will be stated in the written proposal, order form or invoice.

8. Cancellation and Suspension

The client may request cancellation using the contact method stated in the service agreement. [Insert required notice period and billing cutoff.] Parawork Leads may suspend hosting or service for nonpayment, illegal content, security risk, abuse or material breach, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

9. Domain, Content and Intellectual Property

  • Domain: The client should own and control its domain registration. Domain registration fees are not included unless stated in writing.
  • Client content: The client retains ownership of original content, logos and materials it provides.
  • Parawork Leads systems: Parawork Leads retains ownership of its design systems, layouts, components, processes, know-how and pre-existing intellectual property.
  • Client website: The client receives the right to use the completed website while the account is current, subject to the written agreement and third-party license terms.

10. Website File Delivery and Portability

After cancellation and payment of all outstanding balances, the client may request one copy of the completed static website files then in use. The delivery does not include Parawork Leads internal tools, source libraries, automation, underlying design systems beyond what is embedded in the static output, third-party licensed assets that cannot be transferred, hosting migration, DNS work, WordPress conversion or support for another provider. [Counsel should reconcile this clause with the chosen intellectual-property terms and client agreement.]

11. Local Growth Roadmap

The Local Growth Roadmap is a practical review based on information reasonably available at the time. It is not an audit, legal opinion, unlimited consulting engagement or guarantee of results. The client may implement recommendations independently, use another provider or request a separate scope from Parawork Leads.

12. Search, Leads and Business Results

Parawork Leads does not guarantee search rankings, Google placement, traffic, lead volume, estimate requests, revenue or business growth. Results depend on factors outside our control, including competition, location, reputation, reviews, demand, pricing, response speed and third-party platforms.

13. Third-Party Services

Hosting, forms, email, analytics, maps, domain registration, payment processing and other functions may depend on third parties. Their availability, pricing, terms and policies can change. Parawork Leads is not responsible for third-party outages or changes beyond its reasonable control.

14. Acceptable Use

The client may not use the website or services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harmful or malicious activity. The client is responsible for its business claims, licensing, privacy notices, accessibility obligations and legal compliance.

15. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Except for express written commitments, Parawork Leads disclaims implied warranties. [Replace with counsel-approved disclaimer language for the governing jurisdiction.]

16. Limitation of Liability

[Counsel placeholder: add a legally appropriate exclusion of indirect damages and liability cap, including exceptions that cannot legally be limited.]

17. Indemnification, Governing Law and Disputes

[Counsel placeholder: add appropriate indemnification, governing law, venue, notice and dispute-resolution provisions.]

18. Changes and General Terms

Parawork Leads may update these website Terms for future use. Project-specific changes should be documented in writing. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to the extent permitted by law. Additional project-specific terms should be documented in writing.
